立式水压机的框架(图1)由两个横梁1和2以及四根和两横梁联接的立柱3所组成。四根立柱同时又是动梁5的导向。立柱用螺帽4固定在横梁上。框架是一个空间的静不定系统。现从下述先决条件出发,介绍立柱的计算方法。 1.压机正面柱间距A比侧面柱间距B大得多; 2.立柱与动梁导套之间没有缝隙;(注) 3.立柱作用于横梁的力距不能明显地影响其变形状态。
Vertical hydraulic machine frame (Figure 1) consists of two beams 1 and 2 and four and two beams connected to the column 3 composed. Four columns at the same time is the moving beam 5 guide. Column with nut 4 fixed on the beam. The framework is a static system of space. Now proceed from the following prerequisites to introduce the calculation of columns. 1. The pitch A of the front of the press is much larger than the spacing B of the side columns; 2. There is no gap between the column and the moving beam guide sleeve; 3. The force of the column acting on the beam can not obviously affect the deformation state.
