加快干部人事制度改革,是建设高素质干部队伍的有效途径,是新世纪新阶段全面建设小康社会的迫切需要。从上个世纪90年代初开始,陕西省铜川市按照中央和省委的部署,进行了干部人事制度改革的探索,先后建立了公开选拔、竞争上岗、考察预告、任前公示、试用期、干部考察责任追究、任期经济责任审计等一系列制度。近年来,我市以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,立足于建立科学的选人用人机制,开拓创新,重点突破,不断深化干部人事制度改革,在以下三个方面取得了新的进展。

In recent years, guided by the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ our city has made new progress in the following three aspects based on establishing a scientific mechanism of selecting and employing people, pioneering and innovating, making major breakthroughs, and continuously deepening the reform of the cadre and personnel system.
