对硼酸-碳热还原法制备的碳化硼粉进行了振动球磨和普通滚动球磨过程的动力学研究。实验表明:碳化硼粉在振动球磨时表现为以体积粉碎为主的特征,而在普通滚动球磨时则是以表面粉碎为主要特征。因此,振动球磨的粉碎效果比普通滚动球磨要高数倍,甚至数十倍。建立了在本实验条件下的碳化硼粉的普通滚动球磨和振动球磨的动力学方程: d=11.33-4.46logt (1) 和 d=2.58-5.10log logt (2)式中d表示粒子平均直径,μm;t表示球磨时间,h。
The kinetics of the ball-milling and ordinary ball-milling process of boron carbide powder prepared by boric acid-carbothermal reduction method was studied. Experiments show that: the boron carbide powder in the vibration of the ball mill showed volume-based crushing characteristics, while in the ordinary rolling ball mill is based on surface crushing as the main feature. Therefore, the impact of the vibration ball mill grinding effect than ordinary rolling ball several times higher, or even several times.
