随着我国市场经济的发展,水电站资产的交易日趋活跃。但水电站生产电能的形式与火电厂不同,其资产价值还受水文、地形、地质等因素的影响。我们应重视水电站资产评估的特点,包括水电站资产评估范围的确定、水工建筑的评估以及小水电站资产评估的特点等。此篇文章从几个方面论述了这个问题,希望引起广大读者的关注。
With the development of the market economy in our country, the transaction of hydropower assets has become increasingly active. However, the form of electric power produced by hydropower stations is different from that of thermal power plants. Its asset value is also affected by such factors as hydrology, topography and geology. We should attach importance to the characteristics of hydropower asset assessment, including the assessment of the scope of hydropower assets, hydropower construction assessment and the characteristics of small hydropower assets assessment. This article discusses this issue from several aspects, hoping to arouse the readers’ attention.
