由于钛的不良影响,18 CrMnTi钢比一般结构钢的冶炼缺陷较多。在钢锭上经常发现表皮气孔、结疤、冷凝和裂纹,液渣保护浇注时,还常出现渣环和包渣。在钢坯表面上则出现环纹(不保护浇注的钢锭)、三角形裂口(渣保护浇注的钢锭)。在低倍检查时发现有:钛夹杂(一般钛疏松)、皮下气泡(皮下钛疏松)、缩孔、夹层以及钛翻皮等。本文汇集了有关上述缺陷的实物照片,并对缺陷原因进行了简要分析,并根据缺陷原因提出应采取的措施,以提高该钢的质量。
Due to the adverse effects of titanium, 18 CrMnTi steel smelting defects than the average structural steel more. Epidermal pores, scarring, condensation and cracking are frequently found on steel ingots, slag rings and slag are also often found in liquid slag protection casting. On the surface of the billet ring appears (do not protect the casting ingot), triangular cracks (slag protection cast ingot). Found at low magnification are: titanium inclusions (general titanium loose), subcutaneous bubbles (subcutaneous titanium loose), shrinkage, mezzanine and titanium skin and so on. This article brings together the physical photos of the above defects, and a brief analysis of the causes of the defects, and according to the reasons for defects should be taken to improve the quality of the steel.
