目的探讨工作场所空气中锑及其化合物测定值的不确定度与影响不确定度的因素。方法依据JJF 059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表达》原理和方法计算工作场所空气中锑及其化合物测定值合成标准不确定度。结果锑及其化合物含量X=(20.25±1.26)μg/L。其不确定度主要包括检测仪器的相对不确定度、标准溶液的浓度、样品浓度、标准溶液稀释量具、样品稀释量具、有效数字修约。结论全面反映检测过程中各方面的不确定度是质量控制的关键。
Objective To investigate the uncertainty of the measured values of antimony and its compounds in the workplace air and the factors that affect the uncertainty. Methods According to JJF 059-1999 “Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Expression” principle and method to calculate the workplace air antimony and its compounds measured value of the synthetic standard uncertainty. Results Antimony and its compound content X = (20.25 ± 1.26) μg / L. The uncertainty includes the relative uncertainty of the detection apparatus, the concentration of the standard solution, the concentration of the sample, the dilution of the standard solution, the sample dilution amount, and the effective number of rounding off. Conclusion The key to quality control is to fully reflect the various aspects of uncertainty in the testing process.
