目的:分析血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cystatin C)在糖尿病肾损害诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:根据尿白蛋白的24 h排出量将78例糖尿病患者分为A、B、C三组,分别测定各组内血Cystatin C和血肌酐(Scr)水平,同时测定110例正常人作为对照。绘制ROC曲线,用ROC曲线评价Cystatin C在糖尿病肾损害诊断中的作用。结果:A组血Cys-tatin C和Scr水平与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05),B组血Cystatin C水平与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),而Scr无统计学差异(P>0.05),C组血Cystatin C和Scr水平与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),同时Cystatin C的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.945,Scr为0.901,两相比较P=0.003。结论:血Cystatin C在糖尿病肾损害诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of serum cystatin C in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: According to 24 h urinary albumin excretion, 78 cases of diabetic patients were divided into three groups: A, B and C, serum levels of Cystatin C and serum creatinine (Scr) were measured in each group, and 110 normal subjects were used as control . ROC curve was drawn, and ROC curve was used to evaluate the role of Cystatin C in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Results: The levels of Cys-tatin C and Scr in A group were not significantly different from those in control group (P> 0.05). The levels of Cystatin C in B group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). The Cystatin C and Scr levels in group C were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01). Meanwhile, the area under ROC curve (AUC) of Cystatin C was 0.945 and the Scr was 0.901 P = 0.003. Conclusion: Cystatin C is of great value in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
