本课题以基层党建工作中党员寝室建设为中心,开展品牌化建设的探索。高校学生公寓的基层党组织作为高校党组织的一个基层单位,而建设好党员寝室不仅适合时代的发展,又能满足社会发展的需求。因此,高校想要开展学生公寓基层党组织工作就必须要把学生党员的模范带头作用充分发挥出来。在党员寝室的合理化建设中,就需要让学生党员逐渐建立起“住在公寓、奉献公寓、服务公寓”的思想意识,并通过微信平台建立一个具有党建宣传、舆论监督、寝室文化、寝室评比、优秀党员寝室公示和思想反馈的“党建微平台”公众号,从而形成品牌化效应。
