目的:建立皮肤光老化动物模型并探讨益母草对紫外线所致皮肤光老化的防护作用。方法:采取高剂量中波紫外线和长波紫外线短期联合照射的方法,建立皮肤光老化的实验动物模型。每天每次紫外线光照后的间歇,在紫外线照射区域的皮肤上外涂益母草赋形剂。结果:正常皮肤、紫外线照射和外涂益母草赋形剂皮肤区域的各组小鼠皮肤组织中CAT、MDA、SOD、HyP、GSH-Px的含量均有变化,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:短期高强度的紫外线照射能够引起皮肤光老化的表现;益母草对紫外线照射所致皮肤光老化的损害有保护和修复作用。
OBJECTIVE: To establish animal model of skin photoaging and to explore the protective effect of motherwort on skin photoaging induced by ultraviolet light. Methods: Experimental animal models of skin photoaging were established by short-term high-dose UVB and UVB irradiation. Motherwort excipient is topically applied to the skin of the area exposed to UV light every day after UV exposure. Results: The contents of CAT, MDA, SOD, HyP and GSH-Px in the skin of mice in normal skin, UV-irradiated and externally-administered motherwort excipient skin were all significantly different (P <0.01) . Conclusion: Short-term high-intensity ultraviolet radiation can cause skin photo-aging. Motherwort protects and restores skin photo-aging caused by ultraviolet radiation.
