我局三级以下的新工人占工人总数的40 %以上,他们大多数还没有全面掌握本岗位的技术业务知识,还不能胜任本岗位的全部工作。为了改变这种情况,我们根据部提出练基本功的指示,在全局范围内开展了练岗位基本功的活动。我们体会,所谓岗位基本功,就是工作人员为了能胜任本岗位工作所应具备的基本技术业务能力。两年来,我们在党和上级的领导下,练基本功是在边学、边作、边总结的过程中进行的,并有了一定的收获。现在,把我们的做法,介绍如下。
Most of the new workers below the rank of bureau of our bureau account for more than 40% of the total number of workers. Most of them have not fully mastered the technical business knowledge of this post and can not handle all the jobs of this post. In order to change this situation, according to the ministry’s instructions on practicing basic skills, we conducted a series of activities on post basic skills in a global context. We understand that the so-called post basic skills, is the staff in order to be competent for the post work should have the basic technical business skills. In the past two years, under the leadership of the party and the higher authorities, we have practiced basic skills in the process of learning by side, by side and by side, and have achieved some gains.
