用有致痫作用的马桑内酯处理培养的大鼠皮层神经细胞。以原位DNA 断端标记法检测培养神经细胞的凋亡,配以培养液中乳酸脱氢酶的检测,观察马桑内酯对培养皮层神经细胞的毒性作用,并与已知的神经毒剂海人酸作比较。结果显示,马桑内酯可诱导培养大鼠皮层神经细胞凋亡,而引起细胞坏死的作用不如海人酸明显,其对培养大鼠皮层神经细胞的神经毒作用以导致神经细胞凋亡为主。
Cultured rat cortical neurons were treated with epilepsy with docetaxel. Apoptosis of cultured neurons was detected by in situ DNA end-labeling method. Combined with detection of lactate dehydrogenase in culture broth, the toxic effect of the docetaxel on cultured cortical neurons was observed and compared with the known neurotoxic agent Human acid for comparison. The results showed that, compared with kainate, coronalide could induce neuronal apoptosis in cultured rat cortical neurons, and its effect on neuronal apoptosis was mainly due to the neurotoxic effect on cultured rat cortical neurons .
