选用初始体重(1.00±0.04)g的奥尼罗非鱼幼鱼(Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus)840尾,随机分成4组,每组3重复,每重复70尾,分别饲喂AZOMITE(水合硅铝酸钙钠)添加量为0(对照组)、0.25%、0.5%和0.75%(占饲料的质量分数)的4组实用饲料(粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量分别为31.74%和4.96%)于12口水泥池中(2.0 m×1.5 m×1.2 m)中,考察AZOMITE对奥尼罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能的影响。经过8周养殖,各组鱼体增重率分别为1 293.7%、1 445.0%、1 506.2%、1 437.9%,饲料系数分别为1.55、1.38、1.33、1.35;与对照组相比,添加0.25%、0.50%、0.75%AZOMITE分别提高罗非鱼幼鱼增重率16.6%、21.5%、16%(P<0.05),饲料系数分别降低11.0%、14.2%、12.9%(P<0.05);对增重率的二次曲线回归分析显示,AZOMITE添加量为0.49%时,罗非鱼幼鱼增重率最高。综上所述,饲料中添加0.50%AZOMITE可显著提高罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能,降低饲料系数;AZOMITE在奥尼罗非鱼幼鱼饲料中适宜添加量建议为0.50%。
Eighty-four Oreochromis niloticus × O. aureus juveniles with an initial body weight of (1.00 ± 0.04) g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 70 replicates in each group. AZOMITE (hydrated silicon Four kinds of dietary supplements (crude protein, crude fat content of 31.74% and 4.96% respectively) were added to the control group, 0.25%, 0.5% and 0.75% 12 cement pool (2.0 m × 1.5 m × 1.2 m) to investigate the effects of AZOMITE on the growth performance of juvenile O. niloticus. After 8 weeks of breeding, the weight gain rate of each group was 1 293.7%, 1 445.0%, 1 506.2% and 1 437.9%, respectively, and the feed coefficients were 1.55, 1.38, 1.33 and 1.35 respectively. Compared with the control group, The weight gain rates of juvenile tilapia were increased by 16.6%, 21.5%, 16% (P <0.05), and the feed efficiency decreased by 11.0%, 14.2%, 12.9% (P <0.05) The quadratic curve regression analysis of the rate of weight gain showed that the weight gain rate of tilapia juveniles was the highest when AZOMITE was added at 0.49%. In conclusion, the addition of 0.50% AZOMITE to the diet significantly increased the growth performance of tilapia juveniles and reduced the feed efficiency. The recommended dosage of AZOMITE for juvenile tilapia was 0.50%.
