目的总结可流动性复合树脂修复楔形缺损的临床应用效果。方法对402颗楔形缺损患牙分别用流动性复合树脂、复合树脂和玻璃离子粘固粉修复。三年后随访,对比3种材料疗效。结果流动性复合树脂组、复合树脂组和玻璃离子粘固粉组总有效率分别为87.97%、86.4%和75.97%。流动性复合树脂组和复合树脂组与玻璃离子粘固粉组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01,0.05)。结论流动性复合树脂是修复楔形缺损较理想的材料。
Objective To summarize the clinical effect of fluid composite resin in repairing wedge-shaped defect. Methods 402 wedged teeth were treated with fluid composite resin, composite resin and glass ionomer cement respectively. Follow-up after three years, comparing the efficacy of three kinds of materials. Results The total effective rate of the fluid composite resin group, composite resin group and glass ionomer cement group was 87.97%, 86.4% and 75.97% respectively. The fluid composite resin and composite resin group and glass ionomer cement group, the difference was significant (P <0.01, 0.05). Conclusion Fluid composite resin is the ideal material for repairing wedge-shaped defect.
