目的:探讨醋酸曲普瑞林注射液联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症的疗效。方法:抽取2018年1月至12月南阳医学高等专科学校第二附属医院收治的PCOS不孕症患者90例，根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，每组45例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用醋酸曲普瑞林注射液，研究组在常规治疗基础上加用醋酸曲普瑞林注射液联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片。记录两组患者的疗效及治疗前后血清睾酮、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平变化情况。结果:研究组周期排卵率为86.67%(39/45)，对照组为62.22%(28/45)，差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。研究组成熟卵泡直径、成熟卵泡个数大于对照组(n P<0.05)。研究组生化妊娠、临床妊娠率分别为64.44%(29/45)、55.56%(25/45)，对照组分别为44.44%(20/45)、33.33%(15/45)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(n P0.05)；治疗后，两组血清睾酮、TSH水平均较治疗前下降(n P<0.05)，且研究组治疗后上述指标低于对照组(n P<0.05)。n 结论:应用醋酸曲普瑞林注射液联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗PCOS不孕症效果显著，有利于提高患者的排卵及妊娠情况，改善患者血清睾酮、TSH水平。“,”Objective:To investigate the effects of triptorelin acetate injection combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) infertility.Methods:A total of 90 patients with PCOS infertility admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from January to December 2018 were selected, and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with triptorelin acetate injection on the basis of conventional treatment, and the study group was given triptorelin acetate injection combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets on the basis of conventional treatment. The curative effects, and the changes of serum testosterone and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels before and after treatment were recorded.Results:The cycle ovulation rate was 86.67% (39/45) in the study group, 62.22% (28/45) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (n P<0.05). The mature follicle diameter and average number of mature follicles in the study group were higher than those in the control group (n P<0.05). The biochemical pregnancy and clinical pregnancy rates in the study group were 64.44%(29/45) and 55.56%(25/45), respectively, while those in the control group were 44.44%(20/45) and 33.33%(15/45), respectively; and the difference between the two groups was significant (n P0.05). After treatment, levels of serum testosterone and TSH in the two groups decreased, and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:Triptorelin acetate injection combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets in the treatment of PCOS infertility has significant effects, which is conducive to improving ovulation, pregnancy, and levels of serum testosterone and TSH.
