With the continuous improvement of society, the speed of economic development has been advancing by leaps and bounds and the phenomenon of global competition has become increasingly fierce. Therefore, institutions that want to be invincible in such a fierce environment must step up emphasis on human resources. This dissertation will discuss in detail the performance management of human resources in public institutions.
