汉語拼音方案(草案)公布了,这是中国人民的一件大事。今后將使用这个方案给汉語注音和作为推广普通話的工具。这对于我們提高語文教学質量和扫除文盲,都有着非常重要的意义。我們小学教育工作者,都应当为这个方案的公布而欢呼,积极地学习它,掌握它,使用它。这个方案最大的特点是釆用了拉丁字母。它基本上是一个音里有一个字母(只有四组双字母),而且不变读。我們在学习这个方案时,必須首先掌握它的特点,才能更快地学好它。要想学好拼音方案,必須掌握每个字母的发音、拼音和書
The Pinyin Scheme (Draft) was announced, which is a major event for the Chinese people. In the future, this program will be used for phoneticizing Chinese and as a tool for promoting Putonghua. This is very important for us to improve the quality of Chinese teaching and eliminate illiteracy. All of our primary education workers should cheer for the announcement of this program, learn it actively, master it and use it. The biggest feature of this program is preclude the use of the Latin alphabet. It is basically a tone in a letter (only four pairs of double-letter), but not read.
