刺参为一海洋动物性药材,具有多种医疗用途。作者以刺参体壁(中药药用部位)经胃蛋白酶及胰匀浆水解去蛋白,以乙醇沉淀粗多糖,后者采用氧化法脱色及二乙氨乙基纤维素分离、提纯,获得具有抗肿瘤活性的刺参多糖。本品显示强异染活性,电泳及超离心分析证明为单一成份。对多糖的组成分析指出,本品含氨基半乳糖,已糖醛酸、岩藻糖和硫酸酯,其分子比值为1∶1∶1∶4,可以认为本品为一种硫酸粘多糖。该多糖在组成上与文献报道的各种海参多糖不同。本研究测定了刺参酸性粘多糖的比旋度、特性粘度及沉降系数。
Stichopus japonicus is a marine animal medicine that has a variety of medical uses. The authors used Stichopus japonicus body wall (medicinal part of traditional Chinese medicine) to hydrolyze protein by pepsin and pancreas homogenate, ethanol precipitated crude polysaccharide, and the latter was decolorized by oxidation and separated and purified by diethylaminoethyl cellulose to obtain anti-protein. Analysis of the composition of the polysaccharides indicated that the product contains aminogalactose, uronic acid, fucose, and sulphate, and the molecular ratio thereof is 1:1:1:4. This product can be considered as a sulphate mucopolysaccharide. The composition of the polysaccharide is different from that of various sea cucumber polysaccharides reported in the literature. In this study, the specific rotation, intrinsic viscosity and sedimentation coefficient of acid sticky polysaccharides of sea cucumber were determined.
