我国安防职业技术学院是全国高等职业教育发展中涌现出来的一支新生力量。那么要让这支新生力量稳中求进,加强我国安防职业技术学院教师队伍建设,是办好安防职业技术学院的关键。完善和实施好我国安防职业技术学院教师岗位聘任制,是推进我国安防职业技术学院教师队伍建设的首要任务。本文根据安防职业技术学院自身特点,就进一步深化我国安防职业技术学院教师聘任原则、方式、要求、程序上作几点哲学思考。
China’s Security Vocational and Technical College is emerging as a new force in the development of higher vocational education in our country. So let this new force continue to make progress, and strengthen the construction of the ranks of teachers in the Security Vocational and Technical College, is the key to the Security Vocational and Technical College. Improving and implementing the appointment system for teachers in China’s Security Vocational and Technical Institute is the most important task to promote the construction of the contingent of teachers in China’s Security Technology Institute. According to its own characteristics, this article makes some philosophical reflections on further deepening the appointment principles, methods, requirements and procedures of teachers in China’s Security Vocational and Technical College.
