目的评价胃肠道净化疗法佐治口服百草枯中毒的疗效。方法回顾性分析65例口服百草枯中毒患者,胃肠道净化传统方法与改良方法疗效观察。结果两组服毒量、入院时间及治疗时间经比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),改良组病死率、平均排便时间明显低于传统治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期、快速、反复、彻底胃肠道净化对于百草枯中毒能否成功救治至关重要。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of gastrointestinal tract purification treatment of oral paraquat poisoning. Methods A retrospective analysis of 65 patients with oral paraquat poisoning, gastrointestinal purification of traditional methods and improved methods of observation. Results There was no significant difference in the dose of poisoning, admission time and treatment time between the two groups (P> 0.05). The mortality and the average defecation time of the modified group were significantly lower than those of the traditional treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion Early, rapid, repeated and thorough gastrointestinal purification is crucial for the successful treatment of paraquat poisoning.
