建立了一种在同一色谱条件下测定13%氟唑磺隆·炔草酯可湿性粉剂中各组分含量的分析方法。采用C18反相色谱柱进行分离、测定。结果表明:该方法所测在80~1800μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R在0.9993~0.9997。在30~100μg/L加标浓度范围内,回收率为99.2%~101.2%之间,测得加标的相对标准偏差0.2%~0.9%之间。该方法快速、简便、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好。
An analytical method was established for the determination of each component in 13% fluzosulfuron-clodinafopiper WP under the same chromatographic conditions. Using C18 reversed-phase column for separation and determination. The results showed that the method has a good linear relationship in the range of 80 ~ 1800μg / L, the correlation coefficient R is 0.9993 ~ 0.9997. The recoveries ranged from 99.2% to 101.2% at spiked concentrations ranging from 30 to 100 μg / L, and the spiked relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 0.2% and 0.9%. The method is rapid, simple, good separation effect, high precision and accuracy, good linear relationship.
