中央电视台第四套节目的主打新闻栏目“中国新闻”从1992年10月1日开播以来,迄今已改版十次。 纵观“中国新闻”的十次改版,可以清晰地梳理出一条贯穿其中的指导思想主线,这条主线就是“中国新闻”栏目日趋成熟的传播理念、编辑方针——以追求最佳传播效果为最终目的,实现传播者、受众、传播内容和传播形式四者之间的良性互动,科学地把握对外传播与对内宣传的共性和差异,并从传播内容和传播形式两个方面着重体现这种个性差异,紧紧地抓住海外观众的需求、兴趣、文化观念、民族心理和收视习惯等方面的特点,不断地提高对外电视新闻节目的质量。
