鼻梁中线痿管较少见,是因胚胎发育过程中鼻粱皮肤下有胚胎上皮组织遗留所致。我院遇到2例,介绍如下。例1,女,11岁,学生。出生后即发现鼻梁正中有针尖大之小孔,一直流少量清水,近1月来小孔周围红肿,疼痛。1989年11月11日来院就诊。局部检查:鼻梁较宽,鼻梁正中下1/3处有针尖大之小孔1个,表面结脓痂,其上方有0.5cm×0.6cm 隆起,周围红肿,触诊有波动感,有压痛,鼻中隔左侧上端隆起。实验室检查:
