晚期下咽癌和颈段食管癌在头颈部肿瘤中预后最差。近10年来都采用顺铂类药物对头颈部的上皮性肿瘤进行治疗,且大多数病人对化疗亦敏感,但缓解的时间短,有效率低。单纯放疗反应重,疗效差。采用化疗与放疗迅速交替的方法治疗晚期下咽癌和颈段食管癌取得了较满意的效果。其方法是给予三个周期的化疗,每个周期为3周。第一天用顺铂100mg/m~2,第1～4天用5-氟脲嘧啶900mg/m~2,每个化疗周期的第8天开始放疗;每日2次,每次200cGy,连续放疗5天。全程放疗量为6000
