本文介绍用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法快速检测马铃薯叶片及块茎内的马铃薯卷叶病毒(PLRV),检测叶片的最高稀释倍数为1/128,检测块茎的最高稀释倍数为1/64。马铃薯病株的顶部叶片和底部叶片的病毒含量不同,而又没有一定的规律性。马铃薯感染PLRV后可表现为底叶卷叶、部分全株卷叶或顶叶卷叶,有的品种无症;还有一部分植株虽然表现出各种卷叶症状,但并不是由PLRV所致。我院马铃薯育种圃内常用的杂交亲本的带毒率为31.21%;在黑龙江省的几个主栽品种上均可检测到PLRV。
This article describes the rapid detection of potato leafroll virus (PLRV) in potato leaves and tubers by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The highest dilution of leaf is 1/128 and the highest dilution of detection tuber is 1/64. The virus content of the top leaves and the bottom leaves of potato diseased plants are different, but there is no certain regularity. Potato infected with PLRV can be expressed as the bottom leaf roll, some whole plant leaf roll or parietal leaf roll, and some varieties of disease-free; there are some plants showed various curly leaf symptoms, but not caused by PLRV. The virulence of hybrid parents commonly used in potato breeding nursery was 31.21%. PLRV was detected in several major cultivars in Heilongjiang Province.
