福州动力机厂使用的M8230曲轴磨床,按说明书要求用2号主轴油或以90%煤油和10%22号汽轮机油掺配使用,均抱轴烧结。最后经刮轴瓦后再用2号主轴油,才能正常运转。经分析抱轴烧结的原因是: (1)由于精密机床精度提高,2号主轴油粘度过低,形成油膜强度不够,易受破坏而烧结。另因为磨床主轴转速愈高,线速度愈大,形成动压油膜也愈强,故在高速1000r/min下,低粘度的主轴油已足够保证较强的油膜,但在磨床头架主轴转速只有35、70、140、280r/min以内,油膜强度却有赖于较高粘度,由此可见,2号主轴油不适用于曲轴磨床。
