采用抗菌活性试验,研究了有翅决明(Cassia alata)叶乙醇提取物对一些微生物包括细菌、酵母菌、皮肤真菌和非皮肤真菌的抗菌活性。结果:在体外试验中,提取物对皮肤真菌(须发癣菌趾间变种、须发癣菌、深红色发癣菌、犬小孢子菌、石膏状小孢子菌)呈现强的抗菌活性,但对非皮肤真菌(腐皮镰孢、黑色曲霉、韦尼斯基氏枝孢、青霉菌)呈现弱的抗菌活性,然而提取物对细菌和酵母菌未呈现抗菌活性。提取物对须发癣菌趾间变种、须发癣菌、深红色发癣菌、石膏状小孢子菌的最小抑制浓度(MIC)为125mg/ml,但对犬小孢子菌的抑制浓度为62.5mg/ml,文中还观
Antibacterial activity test was used to study the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of Cassia alata on some microorganisms including bacteria, yeasts, dermatophytes and non-dermatophytes. RESULTS: In vitro tests showed that the extract showed strong antibacterial activity against dermatophytes (T. mentatum, T. solani, Trichophyton rubrum, Microsporum canis and Microsporum gypseum) but not Skin fungi (Fusarium solani, Aspergillus niger, Verticillium wilfordii, Penicillium) show a weak antibacterial activity, however, the extract does not exhibit antibacterial activity against bacteria and yeasts. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the extract against Trichophyton mentagrophytosis, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton mentagrophytes was 125 mg / ml, but the inhibitory concentration against T. microsporum was 62.5 mg / ml, the article also view
