The Lushan Meeting of 1994 has a profound impact on the course of the development of contemporary China. Zhang Wentian’s “Lushan Meeting Speech” profoundly analyzed the serious error of the “Great Leap Forward” model. The “Great Leap Forward” model was the social and economic development pattern of Mao Zedong’s ideal.
