为满足国内造纸市场对大型高速纸板机的需求,实现《中国造纸机械行业“十五”规划》中的产品结构调整目标,迅速提升国产造纸机械产品的市场竞争力和技术水平,辽阳造纸机械股份有限公司以提高民族工业装备水平为己任,紧紧抓住国家实施振兴东北老工业基地战略以及对世界级装备制造业项目给予国债政策支持的重大机遇,积极组织实施30万吨／年·台高档箱纸板成套设备国产化项目。目前,该项目前期各项工作进展顺利。
