联合国秘书长潘基文的能源和气候变化问题高级顾问团近日发布一份报告,呼吁世界各国大力发展清洁能源,推广使用清洁能源和提高能源利用效率。潘基文在报告发布仪式上发表讲话说,能源问题与未来全球气候、可持续发展、经济增长和减贫事业息息相关。随着发展中国家的能源需求快速上升和发达国家急需减少温室气体排放,世界需要开展一场“清洁能源革命”。
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s Senior Advisory Panel on Energy and Climate Change recently issued a report calling on all countries in the world to vigorously develop clean energy, promote the use of clean energy and improve the efficiency of energy use. Ban Ki-moon speech at the launch of the report said that energy issues and future global climate, sustainable development, economic growth and poverty reduction are closely related. As the energy needs of developing countries rise rapidly and the developed countries urgently need to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, the world needs to launch a “clean energy revolution.”
