为研究边缘型维生素A缺乏(MVAD)对大鼠红系细胞膜N连接型糖链(N糖链)的影响,采用系列凝集素柱层析法,并配合外切糖苷酶,研究MVAD对红系细胞分化过程中细胞膜N糖链的影响,结果显示,MVAD引起大鼠红系细胞膜N糖链合成减少,复杂型糖链下降,高甘露糖型及杂合型糖链上升;天线数无变化;复杂型糖链中不含分叉型N乙酰氨基葡萄糖(B-Gn)及核心岩藻糖(C-Fuc)组分下降,含B-Gn或C-Fuc或同时含B-Gn和C-Fuc组分增加,提示MVAD减少N糖链合成,阻碍糖链向成熟方向转化,使N糖链趋于较不成熟和分化较差,是细胞分化障碍的标志,它可能与细胞受体功能有关。
