我院随诊工作过去由临床科自行规定随诊病种,拟订随诊内容、表格式样,直接向病员发信随诊;间或由病案室协助印制随诊表格,向病员发出、收取随诊信件,汇总交给科内等。最近医务处责成病案室统一办理随诊工作。现在我们的具体做法如下。一、先由医务处汇集临床科意见,确定随诊病种,拟定各病种随诊信函内容、式样,规定各病种随诊间隔时间及随诊年限。二、随诊工作程序:(一)病员入院时,住院处必须在入院病案首页上详细填写病员通讯地址(1.原单位
