校长作为学校的行政负责人,应该是有思想、有智慧的教育管理者,不仅要懂得学校教学、教育和管理工作,而且要承担行政、辅导、指导、研究和实验等职责。因此,必须具备学校管理的最新理念,特别是在教育改革和发展的大潮下,校长更应具备以下四种意识。一、一个目标引领——要有规划意识确定办学目标是校长的首要职能。办学目标要体现正确的价值取向,使之既符合教育方针,又符合教育改革的方向,要考虑办学目标实现的可行性。即:这个目标对教师既具有挑战性,又具有可接受性,这样才能激励教师
