本文观察了32例非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者红细胞铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(RBC·Cu·Zn·SOD),血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)和维生素E(VE)值的变化,结果表明NHL患者RBC·Cu·Zn·SOD活力和VE水平明显降低(P<0.05及P<0.01),LPO值明显增高(P<0.01)。对其中13例患者进行动态观察,除合并白血病的2树治疗无效外,其余11例治疗后均获缓解,其RBC·Cu·Zn·SOD活力、血清LPO、VE浓度均在半年内基本恢复正常。反映了NHL患者体内过氧反应增强及对组织的损伤,氧自由基(OFR)产生和清除平衡的破坏,而治疗后对OFR所致的机体损伤可望得到部分恢复。
In this paper, we observed the changes of erythrocyte copper, zinc, superoxide dismutase (RBC · Cu · Zn · SOD), serum lipid peroxide (LPO) and vitamin E (VE) in 32 patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) (P <0.05 and P <0.01), and the LPO value was significantly increased (P <0.01) in patients with NHL. The results showed that the activity of RBC · Cu · Zn · SOD and the level of VE were significantly decreased in NHL patients. Thirteen of the patients were observed dynamically. All the 11 patients except leptin-2 treated with leukemia were relieved. The activity of RBC · Cu · Zn · SOD and LPO and VE in serum returned to normal within six months . Reflects the NHL patients with increased peroxidation and tissue damage in vivo, the generation of oxygen free radicals (OFR) and the destruction of the balance of damage, and treatment of OFR-induced damage to the body is expected to be partially restored.
