新一轮电力改革给市场带来红利,一是放开售电市场,二是放开增量配网市场。这次改革中售电公司是改革的新生主体,售电公司介于发电企业、电网企业、用户之间,可以称其为中间服务商,他们也是电力市场化改革的催化剂。本文就售电侧放开对公司供电服务的影响进行详细分析,最后提出改革背景下如何提升电力营销的精细化策略。
