乌鲁木齐市（以下简称乌市）6所学校维汉族中小学生的艾森克问卷的调查结果显示：在EPQ量表中各分量表的得分均值表现出不同民族、性别及年级间的个性心理特点的差异，其中L得分均值随年龄增大而减小。在性格与情绪分布中，大多数学生都以中间型居多，但在小学阶段，维族男生的内向型较多，初中阶段维族男生的不稳定型居多，高中阶段的维族女生以外向型及稳定型占多数。提示，在教学过程中应根据学生的不同个性特点，加强良好个性的引导和培养。
