信息化人才的需求为信管专业带来很好的发展机遇,但在现有培养模式存下,现代企业对信管专业学生的能力需求与毕业生能力供给间存在较大的落差,出现了市场需求旺盛而就业率低下的矛盾。以培养学生的创新能力和动态适应能力为导向,分析现有模式存在的问题和原因,探讨信管专业创新培养模式的构建。
The demand for informatization talents brings good opportunities for the development of the credit management profession. However, under the existing training mode, there is a big gap between the modern enterprises ’ability requirements for credit management students and the graduates’ ability supply, and the market demand appears Strong and low employment contradictions. In order to cultivate students’ innovative ability and dynamic adaptability, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the existing modes, and discusses the construction of the innovative training mode of the credit management specialty.
