Delayed protective effect of ischemic preconditioning (FIP) on ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia in rats was observed. Results: The incidence and duration of ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF) in FIP group were significantly decreased or shortened compared with those in control group (P <0.01), reperfusion arrhythmia 2 There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Animal mortality (20%) was lower than that of the NIP group (50%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups The rate was 0%, which was significantly different from NIP group (P <0.05). Tip: FIP rat myocardial ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia significant protective effect. Delayed protection is more protective effect than the early, significantly reduce the fatal reperfusion VT, VF, the animal survival rate increased
