取2种板厚、6种试件长、5种翼缘宽度的固支轴压构件进行非线性有限元分析,旨在分析上述参数对宽翼缘窄腹板冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢轴压构件承载力和屈曲模式的影响。结果表明:不同翼缘宽度的此类构件极限承载力与其长度成反比。翼缘宽厚比和翼缘宽度与腹板宽度的比值(B/H)对此类构件的极限承载力和失效模式具有显著影响,并且承载力的变化趋势具有一定的规律性。设计时建议采用B/H=1.2的此类截面构件。
Two kinds of plate thickness, six kinds of specimen length, five kinds of flange width of the support axial compression member for nonlinear finite element analysis, designed to analyze the above parameters for wide flange thin-walled cold-formed thin-walled curling channel Influence of Bearing Capacity and Buckling Mode of Axial Compression Members. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of such members with different flange widths is inversely proportional to their length. The ratio of flange width to thickness and flange width to web width (B / H) has a significant influence on the ultimate bearing capacity and failure modes of such members, and the trend of bearing capacity has a certain regularity. It is recommended at design time that such cross-section members be B / H = 1.2.
