食道胃吻合口瘘是临床严重的并发症,近年来围绕此问题许多学者做了大量研究工作,我院采用胃浆肌膜瓣包埋吻合口术式疗效满意。吻合口瘘发生率为1.06％。
Gastroesophageal anastomotic leakage is a serious clinical complication. In recent years, many scholars have done a lot of research work on this issue. Our hospital uses a gastric pulp sarcolemma flap to equip the anastomotic stoma with satisfactory results. The incidence of anastomotic leakage was 1.06%.
