高介电常数(high-k)树脂基复合材料(RMCs)以其良好的加工性能、突出的机械性能及优异的介电性能受到人们的广泛关注和重视,显示出巨大的应用潜力,因而成为近年来功能材料领域的研究热点。如何实现更高介电常数、更低介电损耗和更优异的力学性能成为该领域的研究重点。本文根据近年来high-k RMCs的研究现状,重点介绍了本课题组在该方向的研究进展,以期为综合性能优异的high-k RMCs的发展提供一些思路和方法。
High-k resin-based composites (RMCs) have attracted a great deal of attention and attention due to their good processability, outstanding mechanical properties and excellent dielectric properties, thus showing great potential for application as In recent years, the field of functional materials research hot spots. How to achieve higher dielectric constant, lower dielectric loss and more excellent mechanical properties become the focus of research in this field. Based on the research status of high-k RMCs in recent years, this paper mainly introduces the research progress of this group in this direction, in order to provide some ideas and methods for the development of high-k RMCs with excellent overall performance.
