将力学性能好的基质与聚苯胺相复合制备聚苯胺导电复合膜是对聚苯胺改性的重要方法之一。介绍了聚苯胺导电复合膜的主要制备方法,包括机械共混法、溶液共混法、电化学合成法、现场乳液聚合法、现场原位聚合法和现场吸附聚合法。综述了聚苯胺导电复合膜在防静电材料、电磁屏蔽材料、敏感元器件、电致变色材料、可充电电池、分子级电路等方面的应用。
It is one of the important methods to modify polyaniline that polyaniline conducting composite membrane is prepared by compounding matrix with good mechanical properties with polyaniline. The main preparation methods of polyaniline conductive composite membrane are introduced, including mechanical blending, solution blending, electrochemical synthesis, on-site emulsion polymerization, in-situ polymerization and on-site adsorption polymerization. The application of polyaniline conductive composite film in anti-static materials, electromagnetic shielding materials, sensitive components, electrochromic materials, rechargeable batteries and molecular-grade circuits is reviewed.
