以Al Si5、Al Si12和Al Mg5作为焊丝,采用MIG+激光复合焊焊接铝合金和镀锌钢,研究了Si、Mg元素对焊接接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Si元素和Mg元素具有抑制铝-钢熔钎焊焊接界面金属间化合物层的作用,Si元素的效果要强于Mg元素,随着Si元素含量增加,抑制效果越明显。Si元素提高焊缝处显微硬度强于Mg元素,Si元素相比于Mg元素能够降低焊接接头的抗拉强度。
The effects of Si and Mg on the microstructure and properties of the welded joint were studied by using AlSi5, AlSi12 and AlMg5 as welding wire and MIG + laser cladding welding of aluminum alloy and galvanized steel. The results show that Si element and Mg element can inhibit the interfacial layer of aluminum-brazing alloy. The effect of Si element is stronger than that of Mg element. With the increase of Si element, the inhibition effect is more obvious. Si element enhances the microhardness of the weld is stronger than Mg element, Si element can reduce the tensile strength of welded joints compared with Mg element.
