研究酮替芬对大鼠应激性胃黏膜损伤中两型肥大细胞的作用。结果发现 :应激 8h后 ,大鼠胃黏膜有明显损伤 ,胃内黏膜肥大细胞和结缔组织肥大细胞均有明显脱颗粒现象。在应激前使用酮替芬则大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数及两型肥大细胞脱颗粒明显降低 ,说明酮替芬对两型肥大细胞均有稳定作用 ,可以减轻应激时胃黏膜损伤 ,提示两型肥大细胞均参与应激性胃黏膜损伤的形成。同时本实验也为肥大细胞膜稳定剂在临床应激性胃黏膜损伤防治中的应用提供了实验基础
To study the effect of ketotifen on two types of mast cells in stress gastric mucosal injury in rats. The results showed that: after 8 h of stress, the gastric mucosa of rats were obviously damaged, and the degranulation of mast cells and connective tissue mast cells in gastric mucosa were obvious. Ketotifen before stress in rats gastric mucosal injury index and two types of mast cells degranulation was significantly reduced, indicating that ketotifen on both types of mast cells have a stabilizing effect, can reduce stress gastric mucosal injury, suggesting that two Type mast cells are involved in the formation of stress gastric mucosal injury. At the same time, this experiment also provides the experimental basis for the application of mast cell membrane stabilizer in the prevention and treatment of clinical stress gastric mucosal injury
