研究了4Cr3Mo3W4VNb(GR)钢的热处理及之后的组织及性能。结果表明,在1080℃以上加热淬火后,回火时GR钢出现二次硬化现象,硬度峰值在540~560℃之间,且淬火温度越高,回火二次硬化硬度越高。在1130℃油淬,实验钢得到隐晶或细针马氏体和剩余碳化物组织;经过600~650℃回火后,实验钢硬度达到48~52 HRC。一次剪切量达到6周要求,可以满足高强度钢板热剪的使用要求。
The heat treatment and subsequent microstructure and properties of 4Cr3Mo3W4VNb (GR) steel were studied. The results show that after quenching at 1080 ℃ or above, the GR steel appears secondary hardening after tempering, the peak hardness is between 540 and 560 ℃, and the higher the quenching temperature, the higher the tempering secondary hardening hardness. Oil quenched at 1130 ℃, the experimental steel to be cryptocrystalline or fine needle martensite and residual carbide structure; After 600 ~ 650 ℃ tempering, the hardness of the experimental steel reaches 48 ~ 52 HRC. A shear volume of 6 weeks to meet the requirements of high-strength steel to meet the heat shear requirements.
