传统的高中语文教学最大的弊端是使所有的学生按照同样的要求学习,这虽然保证了每个学生有基本同一的知识与技能基础,但是不顾所有学生的资质、潜能、禀赋和学生自身发展方向的需求,按照一个“精采”模子,以工业流水线的生产方式生产着一批又一批“合格”的产品,以迎合“高考”应试的需要,或者政治斗争的需要。这种标准化、同一化的背后,使我们的一个一个富有个性、灵性的学生变成毫无特色的人。无怪乎许多有识之士,包括学生家长对这种旧的语文教育教学模式深恶痛绝,口诛笔伐。难道我们从事高中语文教学
