目的:研究东南亚进口燕窝中无机元素的含量分布特征。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法,对25批燕窝样品中的20个无机元素进行定量分析,并采用SPSS主成分分析和聚类分析对测定结果进行评价。结果:主成分分析提取了6个主因子,得出燕窝的特征元素为Na、K、Ca、Mn、57Fe、Co、Zn、Se、Rb;聚类分析将25批燕窝样品聚为2大类,无机元素在不同燕窝样品中存在差异,但在白、红、黄燕窝之间的差异并不明显。结论:该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,适用于燕窝中无机元素的含量测定;主成分分析和聚类分析法是燕窝中无机元素含量分析的有效方法。
Objective: To study the distribution of inorganic elements in imported bird’s nest in Southeast Asia. Methods: Twenty inorganic elements in 25 batches of bird’s nest samples were quantitatively analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and the results were evaluated by SPSS principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Results: Six main factors were extracted from principal component analysis, and the characteristic elements of bird’s nest were Na, K, Ca, Mn, 57Fe, Co, Zn, Se and Rb. Cluster analysis collected 25 batches of bird’s nest samples into two categories , Inorganic elements in different bird’s nest samples there are differences, but in white, red, yellow bird’s nest differences between the not obvious. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of inorganic elements in bird’s nest. The principal component analysis and cluster analysis are effective methods for the analysis of inorganic elements in bird’s nest.
