资料表明,三硝基甲苯(TNT)具有致突变作用。TNT 或其代谢产物是否可经胎盘诱发胎儿体细胞的突变,对评价 TNT 对生殖功能的影响具有实际意义。本文报告 TNT 染毒大鼠骨髓、脐带血及胎鼠肝血嗜多染红细胞(PCE)的微核率。
Data show that trinitrotoluene (TNT) has mutagenic effects. TNT or its metabolites can be induced by the placenta fetal somatic mutation, the evaluation of TNT reproductive function of practical significance. This article reports the micronucleus rate of bone marrow, umbilical cord blood and polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE) from TNT-exposed rats.
