本工作观察到川芎嗪能对抗组胺所致豚鼠支气管痉挛,而对乙酰胆碱的致痉作用无明显影响。川芎嗪松弛气道平滑肌的作用与细胞外Ca~(2+)内流、内Ca~(2+)释放无关,但能使无钙高钾去极化的气管条明显松弛,且在高钙浴液中的pD_2(2.26±0.06)比在无钙浴液中的pD_2(3.33±0.07)明显下降。结果提示,川芎嗪松弛气道平滑肌的作用可能是通过促进细胞内Ca~(2+)外流而实现的。
This work observed that tetramethylpyrazine can protect against guinea pig bronchial spasm caused by histamine, but has no significant effect on the cariogenic effects of acetylcholine. The effects of ligustrazine-relaxed airway smooth muscle were not related to the extracellular Ca~(2+) influx and intracellular Ca~(2+) release, but could significantly relax the non-calcium and potassium depolarized tracheal strips. The pD 2 (2.26±0.06) in the bath was significantly lower than that in the calcium-free bath (3.33±0.07). The results suggest that the effect of ligustrazine relaxes airway smooth muscle may be achieved by promoting intracellular Ca 2+ outflow.
