在我们售后服务工作中,一客户原用潜水电泵将蓄水池的水输送至无塔上水器中。因潜水电泵发生故障多、修理费过高、耗费工时过长,致使无塔上水系统不能正常工作。 针对客户需求,我们提出利用IS离心泵现场维修快捷、简便的特点来替代潜水电泵的工作。 离心泵液上输送采用底阀工作方式,底阀有泄漏,不能保证工作,且对无塔上水器集气有影响。于是我们就采用了液上无底间工作方式(图1),即在客户原管道上放置IS离心泵,在
In our after-sales service work, a customer used the submersible pump to transfer water from the reservoir to the towerless trap. Due to submersible pump failure, repair costs are too high, the working hours are too long, resulting in no tower water system can not work properly. For customer needs, we propose the use of IS centrifugal pump on-site maintenance of quick and easy features to replace the submersible pump work. Centrifugal pump fluid delivery at the end of the valve work, the end of the valve leakage, can not guarantee the work, and no effect on the gas gathering tower collector.
