随着我国石油对外依赖程度的日益增强,在国际油价和国内油价之间建立合理的价格协调机制,使国内油价既能够反映国际油价的变动,又可以防止国际油价大幅波动对我国经济平稳运行形成大的冲击,是推进石油价格形成机制深层次改革所面临的挑战。
With the increasing dependence on petroleum in our country, a reasonable price coordination mechanism between international oil price and domestic oil price is established so that the domestic oil price can not only reflect the change of international oil price, but also prevent the sharp fluctuation of international oil price from forming the stable operation of our economy The great impact is the challenge of pushing forward the deep reform of the oil price formation mechanism.
